Meats
Free Range/Pastured poultry - JULY 2010

All of our chickens are raised on pasture and fed locally grown certified organic grains. Throughout the season we will be offering a mix of common Cornish Crosses and French Tricolors, and French Guinea Fowl (Pintade).

Birds range from 3.5 -6 lbs and are offered for $5/lb.

Grassfed Icelandic Lamb - AUGUST 2010

All of our lambs are humanely raised in the pasture alongside their mothers.  Antibiotic/hormone free

Like our cheeses, these fine meats are available for on farm purchase, and local buying clubs/CSA's in Beacon NY and in the Rondout Valley.
